Bee happy

Dandelions are important plants for bees. Not only is their flowering used as an indicator that the honey bee season is starting, but they are also an important source of nectar and pollen early in the season.
Right now dandilions are blossoming all over the place and the bees here in Figline Valdano seem to be crazy about them. The meadows are buzzing with happy bees all diligently collecting nectar and pollen. This year’s Millefiori honey will have a taste of dandelion, I guess!
